What are the general admission requirements?

Our general admission requirements include having a minimum of five (5) O-level passes or their equivalent for undergraduate programs. For postgraduate programs, applicants should have a relevant bachelor’s degree. Specific requirements may vary depending on the program you’re applying for. How can I apply for admission?

You can apply online through our admissions portal on the website. Alternatively, you can download the application form, fill it out, and submit it at our admissions office. More details on the application process can be found in our Admissions section on the website.

What documents are required for admission?

For undergraduate programs, you need to submit your O-level certificate, birth certificate, passport-sized photographs, and a valid national ID or passport. For postgraduate programs, you’ll need your undergraduate degree, transcript, and a recommendation letter from your previous institution. Additional documents may be requested based on the program.

What is the application fee?

The application fee for undergraduate programs is UGX 30,000, while for postgraduate programs it is UGX 50,000. The payment is non-refundable, and can be made via bank deposit or mobile money. Please refer to our Admissions page for payment details.

When is the application deadline?

Applications for the upcoming academic year close on 30th July. Late applications will only be accepted with special permission from the admissions office, and may be subject to additional fees.

Can I apply for more than one program?

Yes, you can apply for more than one program. However, you must submit separate applications for each program and pay the application fee for each one. Be sure to meet the specific entry requirements for each program you apply for.

Do I need to attend an interview?

For most programs, an interview is not required. However, some competitive programs may require an interview or a written test. If an interview is required, you will be notified in advance.
